All online orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During high order periods and public holidays, please allow additional processing time.

Orders are shipped from Hong Kong and the most competitive shipping rates for insured couriers will be automatically calculated using the destination address of the order. 

TIMEFRAMES + PRICING

All timeframes are noted in the shipping area of the checkout and shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. There will be both an express and standard shipping option available for your country. 

Delivery timeframes are indicative only. THE SET is not in control of any shipping delays or transit issues which may occur once the consignment has been collected by the courier.

In the event of a redirection back to the sender due to failed delivery at no fault of the sender, any additional shipping costs and import fees required for the return to sender will be charged to the receiver. Any refunds issued in association with such redirections will be made less any freight on export, freight on re-import, customs taxes, duties, fees and charges. Any re-shipment of returned orders will incur an additional shipping cost.

Any online orders containing pre-order styles will be processed and dispatched according to the dates provided on the product page and sent in full without split shipments.

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary depending on which country you live in. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs (if any) may be. Refusal to pay customs or duties does not constitute a valid return and will not be accepted as a reason for refund.
